Swedish Massage - Slow gentle, relaxing and soothing massage.

Deep Tissue - massage using deep pressure where appropriate to elicit pain relief and healing.

Reiki - meditative energy-based bodywork with no massage involved, using the laying on of hands to stimulate and infuse energy to the recipient to enhance the healing process.  Reiki is a safe, non-invasive therapy commonly used to reduce stress and revitalize energy.

Reflexology - massage of the feet and/or hands focusing on points which correspond to other areas of the body.

Pregnancy Massage - soothing massage designed to relieve discomforts of pregnancy.

Sport Massage - vigorous, energizing massage - excellent before or after exercise or athletic competition.

Stone Therapy - intensely relaxing massage using hot and cold stones.

Facial Massage - luxurious, pampering treatment for the face and neck, including warm towels, hand & foot massage.
